Program terms
October 2026 version. “ADN PROG” means ADN PROG, the company publishing MacchinAI; the “referrer” is the company admitted to the program; the “referred business” is the company contacting us with the referrer’s code. The French version of these terms prevails.
1. Who can be a referrer
The program is for professionals only: only a company, or a registered sole trader, able to issue an invoice may take part. Private individuals are not admitted. ADN PROG reviews each application and remains free to accept or decline it. The referral code only exists from that approval onwards; it is personal to the referrer.
2. Benefit for the referred business
The referred business gets 50% off its first year of maintenance. This discount applies to no other service and cannot be combined with any other offer.
3. Referrer’s commission
The referrer earns a commission of 20% of the price excluding VAT of the MacchinAI system (the core, €5,000 excl. VAT), i.e. €1,000 excl. VAT per referred business. The commission applies to that amount only. No commission is due on any other service, present or future: audit, custom agents and modules, maintenance, hosting, training, support, renewals or later orders from the referred business.
4. When the commission is due
The commission is earned once the MacchinAI system invoice has been paid in full by the referred business and ADN PROG has validated that payment: ADN PROG then moves the request to “Invoice paid” in the referral space. The referrer then sends its invoice to ADN PROG, which pays it within 30 days. An invoice issued before that validation is not accepted. No commission is due for a request that is not pursued, an unsigned quote, or an unpaid, cancelled or refunded invoice.
5. Attribution of a request
A request is attached to the referrer when the referred business enters the code in its contact request, or arrives through the referral link. Not eligible: businesses that are already customers of, or already in discussion with, ADN PROG, the referrer’s own company and its affiliated companies. If several codes are claimed for the same business, only the first one recorded counts.
6. Referrer’s responsibilities
The referrer acts in its own name and independently: it is not an employee, representative or commercial agent of ADN PROG and cannot make any commitment on its behalf (prices, deadlines, features, results). It presents the offer fairly, based on the information published on this website. It complies with the law, in particular on marketing and personal data, and uses the MacchinAI name and brand only to recommend the offer. It is responsible for its own tax and social obligations.
7. ADN PROG’s responsibilities
ADN PROG answers the requests it receives, handles the commercial relationship alone (discussions, quote, delivery, invoicing) and remains free not to pursue a request. ADN PROG keeps the progress of each request up to date in the referral space and pays the commissions due.
8. Suspension and revocation
ADN PROG may suspend or revoke a referrer at any time, in particular if it sends unsolicited messages (spam), pollutes the web (fake reviews, misleading content, coupon-code sites, advertising or domain names using the MacchinAI brand), presents the offer in a misleading way, tries to refer itself or to circumvent these terms, or acts against the interests of ADN PROG, its team or its customers. The code is then deactivated. Commissions already earned remain due, except in case of fraud; no commission is due for requests obtained through such practices.
9. Special terms
A code may come with special terms agreed in writing between ADN PROG and the referrer; they are shown in the referral space and prevail over these terms.
10. Changes and end of the program
ADN PROG may change or end the program at any time. Requests already recorded remain subject to the terms in force on the day they were received. The referrer may leave the program at any time by email. These terms are governed by French law.
