  • Median net salary in the French private sector: €2,190 per month full-time equivalent (Insee, 2024 wages).
  • Converted to gross salary (employee contributions ≈ 22%): about €2,810 per month.
  • Converted to employer cost (employer contributions ≈ 40%): about €3,930 per month, i.e. €47,160 per year.
  • Divided by the legal annual working time of 1,607 hours: about €29 per hour worked.

These are orders of magnitude: contribution rates vary with salaries and relief schemes, and the time saved depends on your volumes.
